My Goal

My goal for this mentorship is to provide a space for us to discuss the issues that are unique to us; as Only we can discuss them. For me, the issue of the day is: WRONGFUL CONVICTIONS. Unfortunately,Many of us, if not all of us, had some sort of negative experiences, either directly or indirectly, with the criminal justice system. In that regard the judicial system became a mechanism that reinforces and perpetuates negative stereotypes while promoting social control.
